Hanna Gaspard is an Associate Professor of Educational Data Science at TU Dortmund University in Germany. She has obtained a doctoral degree in psychology at the University of Tübingen, Germany and has worked at the University of Tübingen as a postdoc for several years before moving to TU Dortmund University in 2020. Her research is focused on the development of students’ learning motivation, targeted interventions to promote learning motivation and associations of teacher motivation and teaching quality with students’ learning motivation. Hanna has served as a SIG coordinator since 2021.
